Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing projects with written notice. Cancellation terms depend on project phase:

• Pre-development Phase: Full refund minus any non-recoverable expenses
• Development Phase: Refund proportional to incomplete work + 20% cancellation fee
• Post-development Phase: No refunds, but we provide all completed work
